My nose was originally a bit long and wide-spread I wanted to improve that, so I went to consultations at several places, and the place that looked at it realistically and in detail was exactly Miho! I had alar reduction surgery with Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho, and during the consultation I asked whether I could have surgery on the nasal bridge or nasal tip too. He said my nasal bridge is already on the high side, and that’s also part of why it looks long, so he didn’t recommend raising the bridge; if I wanted to make it look shorter, the nasal tip would need to be lifted, but if it were lifted, my nostrils would show, he told me.. So I didn’t touch anything else and only had alar reduction by itself! Both sides of my alae were also a bit asymmetric, and because of the wide-spread look, the alae didn’t look pretty, so that was surprisingly stressful too.. The director said he would pay attention to the asymmetry when doing the surgery, and at one week post-op, how do you think it looks now? Don’t you think the asymmetry has improved somewhat? And the wide-spread-looking feeling too!.. The stitches haven’t been removed yet, and because of swelling, it’s not the fully recovered look, but to my eyes it seems to have changed a lot haha I wanted to hear everyone’s opinions too!! What do you think?
This review is for a surgery review pursuing a semi-glamorous look.
