I thought about revision rhinoplasty for over 10 years, and now I truly have zero regrets. A real life-changing surgery. My old nose had thick silicone placed all the way from the glabella, so I just thought my nose was high and looked fine.. Thinking about it now, it was basically just an Avatar nose. On top of that, the silicone was shifted to one side, so the left and right sides of my face looked different, and it stressed me out so much every time I took selfies. I hated the cotton-in-the-nose recovery period so much that I hesitated over revision surgery, but if I had to go back, I would absolutely do it again. Since it was going to be an artificial nose the moment I touched it anyway, I asked them to make it definitely glamorous, and I had quick cheekbone reduction before, but only one side had been shaved down (seriously unbelievable), so this time I also corrected the cheekbone asymmetry + sagging on one side of my face, and since I felt nasolabial folds are key to looking youthful, I also got paranasal augmentation. It has been exactly one week since surgery, and because of the paranasal swelling + cheekbone swelling + nose swelling, even my nostrils are being pulled, so the front view is hell, but the side nose line is both natural and glamorous. It is exactly the look I wanted. Director Jung Jin-wook is simply the god of facial contouring + the nose god. He completely corrected my asymmetrical face and made the exact nose line I had dreamed of for so long When I had surgery before, there was seriously zero aftercare, you know? But here they take care of skin treatments and swelling care, so I really like it. You can still see how firm and swollen my nose is, right? I hope the swelling goes down quickly.
This review is a surgical review pursuing a natural-yet-glamorous look.
