The conclusion is that I’m very, very satisfied. This isn’t a downside for me, but if texture and things like that are important to you, in my case, because my chest was so concave-mirror-like, even now when I lie down, the implants are still noticeable. But clothes fit so beautifully, so I’m really satisfied!
