Even though my face is on the smaller side overall, the impression from the 45-degree cheekbones seen from the side made me look fierce, and when my face was expressionless, I looked like I was in a bad mood. Seeing the doctor’s confidence was such a source of support, so I decided I would definitely do it here. After surgery, I really had almost no bruising. Instead, the swelling and pain were on the more severe side, and especially more than the surgical areas, the headache was hard to deal with. But from days 4-5, the swelling went down rapidly as if nothing had happened, and it was really amazing. For reference, cheekbone surgery is said to often be accompanied by headaches. As the swelling rapidly went down, the pain was almost completely gone too~ Eating was a bit inconvenient, but for me it actually forced me to diet, so I liked that haha. I think being mindful and eating lightly helps with swelling management. Right now I’m completely satisfied and doing well~ If your cheekbones, square jaw, chin tip, or face shape are a complex for you, I’m sure you’ll be satisfied after surgery, just like me~~~
