Motiva 300cc review from day 1 to two months (75B to 75…

This is my review from day 1 after surgery to the two-month mark! < Specs > ✔️ Height: 153 cm ✔️ Weight: 47-48 kg ✔️ Rib cage: 72 ✔️ Breast base width: 13.0 / 13.0 < Surgery info > ✔️ Surgery date: 2025/05/23 ✔ Implant: Motiva 300cc (same on both sides) ✔️ Surgical method: dual plane ✔️ Incision site: inframammary fold incision ✔️ Cup: 75B -> 75D-70E ❗️I cared most about the feel, so I wanted Mentor Xtra, but I was told that because I lacked a lot of upper-breast fullness and the distance from my collarbone to my breast was on the longer side, if I used a smooth type, it could drop too much ➡️ I decided on Motiva, a microtextured type that can provide support (the director said that with my breasts, there probably would not be a big difference in feel whether it was Mentor or Motiva) ❗️I have scoliosis, so my breast asymmetry is very severe (I discussed thoroughly with the director that it would be difficult to correct even after surgery, and I plan to improve it as much as possible by wearing a compression bra) < Change log > Day of surgery (same-day discharge) Dizziness and vomiting while waking up from anesthesia *After surgery, rest in the recovery room for more than 3 hours before leaving 1-3 days I slept leaning on the sofa, then from day 4 I slept lying down The swelling moved down to my abdomen, so my waist became hard At this time, because of the swelling, my breasts looked so big that I regretted going too large (to the point that I seriously searched for revision surgery) Day 9 Visited the hospital to change the scar tape, also received a warm laser treatment. I also received medication for capsular contracture Until day 11, when I woke up after sleeping, my breasts hurt as if they were burning and tearing. From this point, the breast size started to look like it fit my body Day 13 I figured out a tip for getting up without pain (push off with the left elbow and put as much weight as possible onto the arm while getting up) When I tapped both sides of my breasts with my hand, they jiggled The rib pain when coughing had also decreased a lot Day 14, my breasts became more springy, and on day 15 the feel of the lower part improved a lot; the upper-breast bulge came down a lot Day 23 If I sit hunched over, my breasts are completely soft, but if I straighten my chest and sit with proper posture, of course they are hard. My nipples are still swollen, and now lying down and adjusting my posture while lying down have become comfortable too Day 28 After removing the tape from the incision sites, I started scar ointment and the compression bra. It was my first day using the Caps device, and immediately after using it, they became softer Day 60 I feel a twinge about once a day, but no other pain The incision-site scar was trying to protrude (keloid), so after scar laser treatment I was prescribed Mepiform. I stopped the ointment while applying Mepiform, and they said that since my breasts are dropping quickly, I should keep wearing the compression bra consistently ⭐️ Things I didn’t know  1) Since the implants are under the pectoralis major muscle, when I put strength into my arms, I can very clearly feel the implants moving upward (flexing/bulging). So until one month, I developed an aversion to squeezing shampoo or hand sanitizer *It’s much better now!  2) My nipples swelled a lot and became a ▶️ shape, so nipple patches would lift off. After applying lotion, if I wore a slim T-shirt and firmly smoothed over them, they stuck on well ⭐️ Current feel (day 63) About 1.5/3 of the whole breast has softened When I’m in a hunched posture, the 1.5 area is really very very soft
