It’s been three months since surgery, and they’ve softened a lot, and the pain is almost gone too. In the beginning after surgery, everything just felt awkward and unfamiliar, but now the swelling has gone down a lot, and the tissue texture is gradually getting softer. They said I can exercise now except for chest strength training, so I’m going to try working out hard.
