I didn’t put in any implant. I shaved the hump and had osteotomy, and for the nasal tip, I used septal cartilage. Honestly, since I didn’t put in an implant, from the front my nose doesn’t look sharply raised,, but I really hate anything obvious, so I didn’t put one in. The hump improved and my side profile came alive, so I’m satisfied. But my nostrils became uneven,, And the nasal tip also seems very slightly tilted to the left,, Well,,, it’s not like anyone will look at my nostrils, but still,,, Even so, compared to my old nose, I improved a lot, so I do like it, but I’m still a little disappointed. How does it look? But do nostrils usually become uneven after nose surgery? My older sister’s are uneven too,, She had it done somewhere different from me,,
