I went to 3 places, and my goal was closed rhinoplasty + no nasal bridge work + no implant for the nasal tip I have a short, low nose, but in the end, one place said silicone for the nasal bridge was mandatory, and two places said donated costal cartilage was mandatory Excluding the place that told me to use silicone, I’m torn between the other two 1. ㅇㅍ Nasal tip: donated costal cartilage + donated dermis (MegaDerm) Based on the CT results, they said my septal cartilage is small, so even if they use it, it probably won’t show much, and recommended donated costal cartilage The clinic was clean, and the consultation wasn’t very detailed, but there was somehow a sincere doctor vibe from the doctor (like Gwangsoo from I Am Solo) I have to write a review 2. (a clinic that only does closed rhinoplasty) Nasal tip: septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage Here, they take the CT on the day of surgery, so if the septal cartilage is small, they said they combine it with donated costal cartilage and insert one piece on each side I felt uneasy about donated costal cartilage too, so I wanted to do septal cartilage only, but based on the CT results from clinic 1, I’m thinking donated costal cartilage may be necessary The clinic feels a bit old, but they only do closed rhinoplasty and have been in that same place for 17 years Since I don’t have to write a review, the materials they showed were a bit old, so I was slightly worried, but after seeing voluntary reviews on Gangnam Unni, I’m feeling a little more reassured (I happened to see it while scheduling surgery, and they had a lot of bookings) The prices are almost similar, but No. 2 is slightly cheaper Is there anyone here who can think this through with me?
