After nose surgery ....

I had surgery with 3 mm silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip.. My nose was slightly crooked and I had some rhinitis symptoms, but after surgery the crookedness was corrected and the rhinitis-like symptoms disappeared, so breathing became easier.. But I’m a man, and my nose shape was a slightly upturned Korean-style nose.. Before surgery, they said that for a man, my nostrils showed a lot, so they would lower it as much as possible, but after surgery it’s the same lol Since I even had augmentation rhinoplasty, I did think it would realistically be difficult to lower an upturned nose with ear cartilage, but when I asked the clinic director after surgery, their words changed and they said they operated so my original nose shape wouldn’t change as much as possible lol It seems like my original nose shape stayed the same, with only the nasal bridge raised about 3 mm and the nasal tip about 3 mm. They still made the nasal tip an upturned shape, so I was a bit annoyed.. So in a fit of anger, I pressed the nasal tip, and maybe because it’s ear cartilage, it was softer than I expected.. So I pressed the raised nasal tip hard downward, and the sharp-looking nasal tip became a little blunt lol Some people want to raise the nasal tip because it’s too blunt, and some want to lift the nasal tip into an upturned shape because it droops, but I, on the contrary, pushed down the raised nasal tip with my hand to make it blunt, and not only that, I’m now thinking I wish the nasal tip would droop more than it does now. It definitely looks much better to my eyes now that the nasal tip isn’t sharp and is blunt lol I regretted the surgery and was going to remove the silicone and ear cartilage, but the money spent felt like a waste, and it’s not like there was a side effect, I was just annoyed that only the nasal tip looked sharply lifted. But when I pressed it down hard, it lowered a little.. What is this?? Is this postoperative self-repositioning of autologous ear cartilage?? I just felt skeptical about the surgery and rambled a bit..
