Revision surgery or removal vs just live with it... What should I do..…

Sorry for posting repeatedly. I am always grateful to those who keep leaving helpful comments.. I feel like I need to decide firmly this time. I want to use your helpful advice as a reference when I go for consultations. Before that, I want to ask a few things. It has been almost 4 years since I had my nose done.. Open approach, silicone 2 mm? 3 mm? (surgical clinic: 2 mm / other clinic: 3 mm) + trimmed nasal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip + slightly narrowing the nose? My old nose was a bulbous nose. The nostril wings? nasal tip? I’m not sure what to call it.. Anyway, the tip of my nose was rounded? and did not harmonize with my face, so I had surgery. I’ll start my questions.. Question 1. When I take pictures, the nasal bridge looks bent to the left. And when I touch the middle of my nose, it feels very slightly protruded, then slightly sunken again.. and then the nasal tip.. That is how it feels when I touch it... Could this be something like inflammation or silicone deviation symptoms? If so, should I remove it quickly? ( glabella - silicone in 2/3 of the nose - nasal tip) ㄴ The part where the silicone ends here is very slightly white for about 1 cm, a bit protruded.. and going toward the nasal tip, it is slightly sunken... It is subtle.. Question 2. I am debating between removal and revision surgery.. The reason for removal is people’s gazes, social anxiety.... I don’t like having a high nose at the glabella... 1. Remove silicone + reposition nasal tip cartilage or reposition ear cartilage 2. Replace silicone with dermis... 3. Remove only the silicone 4. Remove both the silicone and ear cartilage Which would be best...... Question 3. It has been 4 years, so wouldn’t removing the ear cartilage be difficult? In my life, my complex was not that my nasal bridge was low, but that my nasal tip was round and rounded.. the cartilage was spread out, that was what bothered me.. Currently I like my nasal tip. I’m worried because they say if I remove only the bridge it will look bent, but everyone says something different.... Should I remove both... It would become a completely unattractive nose......... If it were you.... would you just live with the operated nose rather than having revision surgery or removal? Question 4. I snore after rhinoplasty.. I’m wondering if I snore because of the rhinoplasty.... and if I remove it, whether I won’t snore anymore.. Question 5. Revision surgery costs 3.5-4 million won, and removal costs between 500,000 and 1 million won, they say... My current nose shape is not bad and I’m not greedy, so I wonder whether revision is better... or removal is better.... This got too long.. even though I tried to shorten it and shorten it again... I have so much to say.............. My nose definitely became prettier than before. But the silicone is shifted to the left. So it only looks like silicone on the left side.
