My nose is too high and too large, and the tip looks white and visible.. The hospital says that if the silicone is removed, the tip visibility will improve. Does that mean... it was L-shaped silicone? Will removing only the silicone really make the visibility go away... and will the nose become smaller and a bit lower? They say they’ll leave the ear cartilage at the tip as it is and simply remove only the silicone... The silicone is 1 mm. It was 1 mm inserted after hump removal and osteotomy. Since the nasal bridge looks wide, is there a chance the nose will look even bigger?
