It's been about a month since my removal surgery. But I haven't taken Rejuben either, and I hardly take vitamins either. I buy them, and then forget every day. I had silicone and cartilage binding.. I only removed the silicone though.. My nose keeps getting really cold every day, and I get a runny nose. My nose is so, so cold.. Is that normal?? And it feels so tight... I wonder if that's because of the cartilage binding or because of the removal..ㅠㅠ Will massaging it help reduce this? They said I should do massage, but what kind of massage is it?? Do I press it with my hands? And I don't even know how to do warm compresses. Please tell me in detail... I asked the hospital, but they only said it had nothing to do with the surgery and that I didn't need to do anything.. so I'm really frustrated.ㅠ
