Review after visiting 4 clinics for my first double-eyelid surgery

It’s my first eye surgery, and my eyes protrude slightly, with no fat at all on the upper eyelids. The eyelid skin covers my pupils. The ophthalmology clinic said it’s not ptosis. I wanted to do it conservatively... Almost everywhere told me to do buried-suture inline or an inner double eyelid, so I guess that’s what I’ll have to do no matter where I go... If anyone knows a place famous for inline buried-suture double eyelids, please recommend it.. 1.
