My very long revision surgery review, lol

I had almost no nose bridge at all and a turned-up nose that pointed my nostrils up toward the sky. Three years ago, I had 3mm silicone + ear cartilage done at a clinic in the province where I live, but the silicone in the bridge became crooked, so I had revision surgery again after just one week to put it back in place... then I got an infection and received treatment... six months later the infection recurred... it was treated again, and in the end I just took the silicone out completelyㅡㅡ It wasn't even pretty, but I went through all that trouble anyway.. only to be stressed out, so I removed it. This time I made up my mind and had revision surgery. My nose was already upturned and had contracture on top of that, so it got even more upturned... While looking around, at one hospital they took one look at my nose, touched it a bit, and then wrote something on a piece of paper.. I looked at it and it was.. another hospital's name, with the director's name written neatly, telling me not to go to other hospitals and to go there instead... I heard that person is one of the most highly regarded revision surgeons in the country. I wondered why a doctor would recommend another hospital.. But the doctor said.. they aren't personally acquainted with me, but based on conferences and such, they are a skilled surgeon, so I should at least have a consultation and then decide for myself.. As soon as I got home, I went all over the place looking up information about this hospital on the community and various plastic surgery forums, doing everything I could I called right away and made an appointment, and I had to wait 2 weeks just for the consultation. I thought the hospital would be bustling, but there were hardly any people and it was quiet.. maybe because it was by appointment and consultation only~ The location of the hospital was quiet, which I liked~ My first impression of the doctor I consulted with was really good. Their tone was gentle, the explanations were detailed, and they kindly answered my questions, so I felt I could trust them. When I said I had suffered from inflammation.. they said implants shouldn't be used, and that they would need to use my own tissue dermis.. I was worried, thinking, what, rib cartilage?? but the doctor said they don't like rib cartilage.. So they said the bridge would need to be built up with dermis from my buttocks.. (Every doctor who looked at my nose said the bridge needed to be done..) In the past, I had worried because I heard on the community that buttock dermis gets absorbed... (and that would leave a precious scar on my buttock...) For the tip, we decided to use the remaining ear cartilage I had... Since it was revision surgery, it was expensive... I don't know whether it was more expensive than other hospitals in Gangnam since I didn't visit them~ If the director had bragged a lot about themself, I would have felt put off and not done it, but they didn't say anything like that They quietly showed me photos of patients with cases like mine that they had operated on Anyway~ I had the revision surgery yesterday! Autologous dermis from the buttock + ear cartilage on both sides Two doctors came in and performed the surgery, and I lay on the operating table with my eyes closed for 4 and a half hours In between the surgery, the two doctors kept saying various things about the shape of my nose~ They used technical terms, so I couldn't understand what they meant~ They worked so hard to shape my nose beautifully, during the time when they should have been hungry~ I was hungry too I was deeply moved by how carefully they shaped it~ When the surgery ended, the doctor said the shape came out well and told me I did a good job enduring it It's only the second day now.. so I don't know what my nose shape is like They put so many bandages over it that I can't tell.. My once upturned nose now seems like a normal person's nose Both ears were used, so they put molds in them and covered them with bandages, so I can't hear well I turned into monkey ears;; On the first day, when the anesthesia wore off, the tip of my nose hurt a little with a dull sting, but today it's fine~ I was worried about my ears and buttocks too, but it just stings briefly like getting an injection I want to see my nose again as soon as a week passes~^^ That was my very long revision surgery review If you need any information, please send me a private message~~ If you leave it in the comments, I may not remember how far I've sent it^^;;
