2 months after removal.. I feel like I’ve hit a crisis point.

From right after removal, the nasal tip gradually became rounder and got closer to my original image, so I lived comfortably thinking time was the medicine and that everything would return with time, but now it feels like there are no more changes, so I’m slowly getting anxious and depressed... After I left photos and a review last time, there hasn’t been much change since then. Looking at my progress so far, first, scar tissue has formed on the nasal bridge, so it’s higher than my original nose (maybe because my original nose was high, but I’m annoyed that it’s high),, the glabella area is stressful.. And the nasal tip has become rounder, but the columella is hard, so it won’t come down any farther than this, and the nostrils still look upturned.. (But it’s improved a lot. It was originally severe..) I’m hoping the columella will completely drop down and the nostrils will become round, but this has never once relaxed since surgery. The nostril asymmetry has come back a lot.. (It got better after I massaged while twisting the columella area.) It’s better than when I posted my last progress update. The nasal tip has become rounder, but because of the nostrils, visually it can also look pointed.. I was taking Rizaben, but my body got so tired that at some point I started reducing it, and from that point my nose became very hard.. These days I’m loosening it with intense massage, but only at that moment It clumps and hardens again.. My biggest stress right now is the nostrils.. next is the glabellar scar tissue.. For the nostrils, I think they’ll improve if the columella area relaxes and comes down, but when that will happen... I expected that a slump would come once in a while.. so I’m going to get through it, believe it will improve, collect myself, and live diligently..
