Hello. I’m a man in my 30s with a history of eye surgery and jaw surgery in my 20s. I’m on the thin side, so I don’t have much facial fat, and as sagging started, my nose looked long, which bothered me. So I had 8 Mint threads placed in the nasal tip, but threads have limits, and scar tissue formed around the columella area, making it a little thick. I liked that ear cartilage wouldn’t be needed for now, and although I know septal cartilage is firm and harder to shape than ear cartilage, I didn’t worry because the director has excellent aesthetic sense. Review on day 7 after surgery After removing the splint and removing the septal plates inside my nose, breathing became so comfortable, and when I lifted my nose, my nostrils were a pretty pea shape. There was no asymmetry, and the columellar incision also seemed very neat. Once the nasal tip was raised, I really looked like a different person, and my long face really looked shorter. There is still swelling in the columella and swelling above the Megaderm on the glabella/nasal bridge, but I think it will all go down after about a month.
