I did a lot of online research on hospitals and had consultation appointments booked at several places, but at Miho, where I went for my first consultation, they identified the issues well, and during the design consultation, they considered my overall impression and harmony and worked out the details, so I trusted them and canceled all the other appointments I had made haha That day, I paid the deposit at Miho right away, and asked if I could have surgery as soon as possible, so I was able to have surgery on a date much earlier than I expected. After some time passed, a lot of the swelling went down, and it feels like the nose shape has settled a lot. The parts I wanted improved before surgery were improved well, and the shape came out well too, so I’m satisfied. Until not long after the surgery, it felt a bit awkward, but now I think that feeling is almost gone. People around me all say the blunt-looking feel is gone and that it looks slimmer lol Everyone says my impression looks much cleaner, and my facial vibe looks much more alive too lol Since custom silicone was used, the nose shape definitely doesn’t feel like it changed too excessively, and it seems to look natural, like it was originally my natural nose lol If anyone here is planning bulbous nose or functional nose surgery, I strongly recommend Miho Plastic Surgery!
