I’m 6 months post-op ^^ Nose surgery review Hello! I had nose surgery 6 months ago. My nose was a little low, and I didn’t like my side profile, so after thinking it over many times, I decided to have surgery. Honestly, I had so many worries before the surgery, but it turned out so well that all those worries felt unnecessary~~ The first thing I did after deciding on surgery was to have consultations at plastic surgery clinics. I compared several hospitals and had consultations, and I asked so many questions about nose surgery. In particular, I was very worried about whether it would suit my face and whether I could get a natural-looking result. Fortunately, the doctor in charge explained everything step by step and recommended a surgical method that suited my face, so I felt reassured. On the day of surgery, I was honestly nervous and quite scared. But the hospital staff guided me kindly, so I was able to have the surgery without too much worry. The surgery itself did not hurt at all. After the surgery was over, I went straight to the recovery room, and I did have a bit of post-operative pain. Right after surgery, there was swelling and bruising. Especially during the first 2 to 3 days, my face swelled up a lot because of the swelling, so I was surprised every time I looked in the mirror. But as time passed, the swelling gradually went down, and the bruising also disappeared. I had facial swelling for about 1 week after surgery, and from 2 weeks onward, it looked much more natural. For about a week, there were some inconveniences in daily life, but after that, I had no major problems living normally. When I saw the results about a month after surgery, I was really satisfied. The height and shape of my nose suited my face well, so it didn’t feel out of place at all. In the past, I was unhappy with my side profile, but now I feel more confident and much more satisfied. At first, when I was deciding whether to have surgery, I had so many concerns, but now I think it was a good decision. Of course, there was some discomfort during the recovery period, but after that whole process passed naturally, I feel really satisfied and happy. To those who are considering surgery, I want to say that it’s really important to choose a hospital and doctor that are right for you.
