First of all, I had the consultation today and paid the deposit before leaving, since they said it’s 100% refundable up to a week before! Please look at my previous post for my nose. The thing I wanted to fix was that it looks bulky from the front. My bridge is high up to the hump, and from the hump to the nasal tip is on the lower side. For now, we decided on cartilage tying, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and filling the step-off with ㅇㅈ cartilage. They said it would be closed rhinoplasty, with the incision made inside the nose. I was also going to do nostril-wing reduction, but they said my nostrils are already small, so it could cause problems when breathing. So I decided not to, but I only talked about this with the consultant, so now I regret not discussing it with the doctor too.. Since I wanted closed surgery, I also went to ㅋㅈㅋ, but there they told me to put in silicone.. I didn’t want that, so I canceled.
미묘한고양씨 I looked at the photos, and I don’t think it’s to the point where you need nostril-wing reduction. I’m also considering ㅇㅈ cartilage, and they said they’d fill from the middle of the nasal dorsum. If the goal is a natural improvement, it seems like the best method.
