I Had Breast Surgery and Philtrum Reduction Together on July 3

This time I had philtrum reduction and breast surgery together❤ Starting with the philtrum reduction, because of my long philtrum, even though I am relatively young, I had a strong older-looking image, so it was always a complex.. When editing photos, I would reduce the philtrum a lot, so the overall look would become excessive too, and it stressed me out so much. This time, philtrum reduction surgery was being offered at a reasonable price, so I quickly did it!! To tell you the result first! I am very, very satisfied with the surgical result haha❤️ Even photos taken with a regular camera come out well, and just the philtrum length alone really makes photos look different,, For the ten days before suture removal, it was hard because the weather was hot too, but after they were removed, the swelling really went down quickly, and even with makeup it wasn't very noticeable, so I liked that so much!! I had less redness than expected, and I'm not the type to worry that much about scars, so I'm very satisfied! When applying makeup, there are still areas where it can settle in or where I need to be careful, but it's getting better as the days go by! At first, I was worried because my nose looked very spread out, but it was because of swelling, and it returned to normal! Overall, it was a very satisfying surgery❤️ And breast surgery!! Before getting to the main point, my stats are height 166, weight 47, breast width 11.7, and I had Mentor Smooth 350 cc implants through an inframammary incision! I originally had 75B breasts, but as I lost a lot of weight from dieting and my breasts disappeared, clothes didn't look good and I felt embarrassed wearing swimsuits, so I decided to have surgery! The consultant was kind, and there was no pressure for procedures or additional surgery! They fully matched my opinion. The doctor also recommended an appropriate size and implant well, which was nice! The clinic waiting area was comfortable, and they provided care and massages by week, so it is becoming more natural as the days go by!! I was lucky to have no pain, so even though I rested only 4 days after surgery and went to work, it was okay!! Of course, it felt stiff and tingling, and it wasn't like nothing was wrong, but there was much less pain than I expected, so I was able to return to daily life quickly:) After surgery, I gained confidence and started having fun choosing underwear, and I'm so happy that I can wear bikinis confidently this summer!! It's still only one month, so they don't come together completely yet, but the shape and feel are becoming more natural day by day, so I'm looking forward to what comes next even more:)
