Breast stem-cell fat grafting

I had a strong aversion to implants, so I decided to undergo stem-cell fat grafting with Director Nam Sang-jae. The place where I had the surgery is a clinic that directly researches stem cells, so I felt I could trust them. My doctor explained that, with 30 years of experience, he injects small amounts densely at 2 mm intervals to prevent calcification, and divides the breast into 3 layers for injection so that the graft can take evenly. He said he would extract as much fat as possible while creating a pretty leg line, so I felt confident and made a reservation after the consultation that same day. Since I didn’t have much body fat to begin with and my rib cage is small, he said it would be difficult to expect more than half a cup size, but as of 2 weeks now, I’ve gone up by one cup size. I had no basic volume at all, but after the surgery I now have volume, so I’m very satisfied. They said eating well, sleeping well, and keeping blood circulation good would help with graft survival, so maybe because I paid a lot of attention to my diet and lifestyle habits, now that 2 weeks have passed, the swelling and bruising are almost all gone, and the size has been maintained and seems to have settled to some extent. I hope it stays like this. -Diet: low-sodium, not spicy, high-protein (a good balance of plant-based + animal-based), healthy fats (avocado, nuts, salmon, mackerel, tuna), antioxidant fruits (tomatoes) -Lifestyle habits: going to sleep between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., light walks and stretching, promoting blood circulation with warm compresses after the bruising at the liposuction sites started to spread, elevation while sleeping
