If the columella has retracted because the cartilage weakened, is revision surgery the only answer..? I probably shouldn’t expect it to come down naturally, right? Would it be okay to get an after-service revision at the same hospital? When I look in the mirror, all I can do is sigh, seriously. I made up my mind and got revision surgery, but it failed..... sigh
