For me, whether osteotomy was done changed the nose shape itself.. When you go around for consultations, you should also ask a lot of twisted follow-up questions, like whether it can be done differently from what they recommend. When I went for a consultation at ㅍㄴㅅ, they looked at the nasal material and design, of course, and since I had to use autologous costal cartilage, they even took an X-ray and checked the condition of my costal cartilage too
