Review of full-incision double eyelids (in-out) + epicanthoplasty + lateral canthoplasty

I had surgery with the buried-suture method 7 years ago, but one side came undone and it became too much like an inner double eyelid, so I had revision surgery this time~ When I first did the buried-suture method, epicanthoplasty wasn’t really strongly recommended, and my eyes barely had Mongolian folds either, so the doctor didn’t recommend it~ But as you can see in the photos, my horizontal eye length is short, so because I wanted them to look longer~ and these days results come out so natural~ hahaha I opened both the front and back~ For the incision, they said my skin had sagged a lot, so they removed the sagging skin, and for the epicanthoplasty, they just corrected it slightly so both sides looked horizontally symmetrical. For the lateral canthoplasty, they said they could cut about 4 mm, but I think they cut a little over 3 mm~ Right now half of it has reattached ㅠㅠ sigh I found out after surgery that there’s also lower canthoplasty, and there are various options~ Until the stitches were removed, it was literally such a struggle, but after they were removed, the swelling went down really well and the bruising faded too, so if I wear glasses, people can’t really tell I had surgery~ Once everything heals, I’m going to redo the lateral canthoplasty and get lower canthoplasty together~ p.s/Oh right, sagging skin with age can’t be helped, but for those who pluck their eyebrows with tweezers, make it a habit to shave them with a blade instead~ I heard plucking is really the worst for skin laxity ㅠㅠ I’m also trying to change that habit now.
