I went to consultations at several places, and this was the only place that said my chin protrudes and told me to do chin tip setback.. But afterward, when I went to another hospital and asked, they said not at all and that setback wasn’t needed.. Since each director has a different aesthetic sense, well.. I brought photos of what I wanted (an influencer), but they gave me a reality check, saying that because my head size is what it is, I can’t look like this photo... + They said that because I have a lot of cheek fat, my skin might sag if I do facial contouring The director had a long career and the review photos looked pretty good, but the hospital also felt too much like a large hospital... and the price was too cheap, so for some reason I felt reluctant and left without making a reservation
