I went in nervous because I had seen reviews saying they were unfriendly and cynical, but there was none of that at all, and everyone from the front desk staff was kind. The consultant was also kind, and the director explained things in detail and customized it for me. I had prepared a list of questions, but while listening to the explanation, there was no need to ask them. I just ended up trusting them.
