Before<<Before surgery>>After<<Week 2>>After after<<Month 1>>It’s been one month since I had ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty at Garden Plastic Surgery haha
-Before surgery I had monolids and my eyelids also felt slightly droopy, so I often heard that I looked really blankㅠㅠ Since I had monolids and epicanthal folds too, my eyes looked stuffy, like small “clam eyes”? That kind of feeling…ㅠㅠ
-After surgery After getting ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty, I could feel the difference even on the day of surgery, but around week 2 it became clearly noticeable. Maybe because of the ptosis correction, the way my eyes open is different, so it feels like my field of vision is wider too… haha When I had monolids, no matter how thickly I drew eyeliner, it didn’t show, and there were so many limits to what eye makeup I could do. But now, even without doing it heavily, my features look more defined, so it’s very gooood~ haha
Now that it’s been a month, it’s to the point where I wonder, “Isn’t all the swelling gone by now?” So these days I’m learning different makeup styles while watching YouTube. People do wear full makeup even at one month, but I’m being a little careful, so I’m holding back a bit on color makeup with lots of shimmer. Just a little tap-tap under the aegyo-sal… haha Maybe that’s why I’m looking forward to time passing even more haha Since I’ve gotten prettier, I keep looking in the mirror like I have princess syndrome;; Recently I met my friends for the first time in a while, and they kept complimenting me, saying I’d become a totally different person lol It was kind of embarrassing but I felt so good. I really think the saying “for men it’s the nose, for women it’s the eyes” is exactly right
I do think I should’ve done it sooner, but I’m also relieved I did it now haha I’m just so thankful to Director Choi Hong-rim because during the consultation, he explained the surgical parts well, carefully checked my current eye condition, showed me how ptosis correction would change things, and meticulously checked the space for the canthoplasty, so now I feel like I’m living a completely different life
