First, the amount was the quote I got after going in to ask about double eyelid surgery and being recommended a forehead lift. The manager was extremely enthusiastic in consultation and seemed to want to give an honest diagnosis. It wasn't forceful, but they kept repeatedly pushing their own opinion. The director did not explain anything first unless I asked. Overall, it felt like the manager's opinion carried more weight. In general, both of them were very kind.
