It’s been 5 months since I had implant-free nasal-tip surgery using donor rib cartilage, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage! In the early stage, my nose looked too high and too pointy, and I was worried, but time really was the medicine..! Now it looks really natural, and if I don’t mention it, people don’t even notice there’s anything done to my nose.. It was my first rhinoplasty, so I insisted on non-implant because I didn’t want silicone, though I sometimes feel like I maybe should have put silicone in... Also, there’s a limit to shaving down the hump completely while raising the tip, so I didn’t take the hump all the way off. Even so, I’m totally satisfied with the shape of my nose now!! I started feeling confident in my side profile when taking photos People I met after a while also said I looked much prettier. I gained some weight Clearly, the nose has a strong effect on the face!! I didn’t shop around much and just went straight into surgery because I was impressed by the surgeon’s aesthetics, and I think it turned out well! Even the scars are completely gone Now it feels like my own nose, so I don’t take care of it as much anymore I removed too much of the nose… If anyone here is considering rhinoplasty, take this as a reference!
