I visited because I liked that they specialize only in closed rhinoplasty. I immediately understood why reviews said the staff were unfriendly. It seemed like Director Kang had a very specific nose shape he pursues. They kept recommending silicone, so I decided to do it, and they would use donated rib cartilage, but it was too burdensome that a first surgery would cost over 10 million won. The consultant seemed very proud of the director’s skills, but I got turned off because the cost kept getting added onto for every little thing.
