Ten years ago, I had just one stitch tied with the buried-suture method, and at some point I lived on like that, not knowing whether it had come undone or snapped. Then I got double eyelid surgery by the buried-suture method at a plastic surgery clinic. I had such a severe foreign body sensation in my eye that I couldn’t open it, but even when I went to the plastic surgery clinic, they just said it was because it was right after surgery and didn’t do any major treatment. It hurt so much that I went to an ophthalmology clinic, and they found a small thread-like foreign material. My cornea is damaged. The plastic surgery clinic says that thread is not theirs, and that it’s not their responsibility. Is that right? Also, in the eye where the foreign material came out, something slippery like eye discharge or mucus keeps floating around. Only that eye is hazy and blurry
