It’s been two years since my alar reduction, and it’s the surgery I’ve been most satisfied with I wish I’d reduced it a little more, but it looks so natural and I didn’t have any side effects. I can’t even see the scar at all But I think it’s best to really research and choose a small private clinic. I saw reviews from factory-style hospitals, and there seem to be quite a few side-effect cases..?
