Finished my nose surgery consultations at ㅇㅌ(백) and ㅇㄴㅋ(백)....!!! Like ㅇㅌ, the director at ㅇㄴㅋ was also thorough. After going to consultations, I feel like I don't need to look into more clinics and can just choose between these two, but I'm really torn.... First of all, the surgical methods and nose surgery materials were different at the two places. ㅇㅌ explained the differences between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, and guided me so I could choose between them. And ㅇㄴㅋ said they would use septal cartilage and ear cartilage!
I think I need to think more about the surgical materials I was told about. If you have surgery with costal cartilage, how much pain is there?? People get it done because it's a tolerable level, right..? When I looked at a few reviews, there were comments about pain ㅠㅠ Even so, I guess people do it because many had good results. Since this is my first nose surgery and there are differences in materials, I can't decide right away where to do it.
