After seeing closed columella lowering on the ㄹㅋㅋ blog I’ve been thinking about it for 6 months It’s been over a year since my second revision surgery I like everything, but maybe because my columella didn’t come down enough when I take photos, it kind of looks like an upturned nose I don’t want to have a third revision, so I looked it up and it seems like the options are either columella filler or columella-lowering surgery but I’m scared because they say filler has a risk of necrosis and ㄹㅋㅋ closed columella lowering looks the best out of them but there are so few reviews..... If anyone has had it done, or has reviews from people around them or has heard anything or knows the price if you know anything at all, please let me know Thanks in advance
