I'm on day 3 after revision eye surgery, and I had revision incisional eye surgery + lateral and lower canthoplasty + ptosis correction only on the right side + under-eye fat repositioning. They did say the adhesions in my right eye were severe, but I'm wondering if it's normal for the asymmetry to be this bad.. I'm curious whether cases like this end up becoming more similar.
재수술그만 I was like that too. The swelling was extremely severe and uneven. For reference, this was my 3rd revision eye surgery. I had upper-eye fat repositioning + correction of a double-line crease + incisional eye surgery + ptosis correction + under-eye fat repositioning. One side also had severe adhesions, so only one eye swelled up a lot, but now it has gone down a lot.
재수술그만 [@BabyDragon] I'm satisfied with it now! Up until 3 weeks after surgery, it was uneven like yours, but after 4 weeks passed and it went over a month, it got better. I think there's no helping the parts with severe adhesions. Because they have to dissect that area more recovery is bound to be slower.

When I looked up reviews, most other people seemed fine on the day of surgery and then became uneven at some point Their cases are so different from mine
재수술그만 [@BabyDragon] I was like that from the day of surgery too. So I asked why one side was okay but the other side was like that, and they said it was because one side had severe adhesions. I had local anesthesia, and they definitely spent longer operating on the side with severe adhesions Don't worry too much either! Do cold compresses for 3 days, and after that keep doing warm compresses. I'm doing warm compresses every day too. Walks are a must!
