Revision surgery

After breast surgery, it wasn't like this at first, but after I had a child, one side of my breast started becoming fuller below than above, and the border started looking strange. When I looked up what it could be, they said it is a double-bubble phenomenon that occurs uncommonly. They said it needs to be corrected by inserting a larger implant to stretch it out, lifting the sagging area with a mastopexy, or adjusting the inframammary fold position. In the end, it means I need breast revision surgery...^^ They said I need to get examined to know the exact condition, so I'm planning to go around for consultations at breast revision clinics and hear opinions on what would be appropriate. I'm going to visit M Clinic and W Clinic first, but for revision surgery, it would be better to go to the chief director, right..?
