Eye Re-Surgery

Help me vote on whether to get another eye revision

I tried to take the photos from similar angles, but my face is naturally asymmetrical, so the eye shapes themselves are different. Please just look at the lines of both eyes Eye surgery history First surgery 1n years ago: incision + ptosis correction + fat removal Revision late last year because of sausage-like double eyelids, uneven eyes, scars, etc.: lowered the line with incision + excision Concerns Right after the revision, the strength with which my eyes opened was different, but maybe because of swelling, the symmetry looked good. But from about two months ago, maybe because the swelling went down or maybe it came undone, the asymmetry started bothering me. When I had the revision, they said I didn’t particularly need ptosis correction But starting about a month ago, when I have morning swelling, an extra crease forms on only one eye. But it doesn’t last; it only appears for about 5-10 minutes when I’m swollen in the morning and then returns to my usual eyes. This happens about two or three times a week. To begin with, I’m not someone who swells easily, and I never had anything like an extra crease before I went for a hospital consultation today, and they said that right now, in my usual state, my eyes look fine, and since I had surgery partly because of scar issues, it doesn’t seem necessary to take on scar risk again. They also said the asymmetry still looks okay at this level. For reference, the doctor tends to be conservative. (My face itself is asymmetrical to begin with, and during my first consultation, this was the only place that immediately noticed my eye-line asymmetry, which is why I had surgery there) If the extra crease starts happening more often or if I get an extra crease even in my usual eyes, then they said they would pinch only one side with the non-incisional method. The AS period is 1 year, so only a few months are left. But honestly, even though I had incision, it looks like it has come undone, so I wonder if doing it again with the non-incisional method would have any meaning I don’t know, just This is my current situation. What would everyone here do? 1. Since my eye condition still looks okay, wait it out as the doctor said (I also don’t think it looks that severe yet, but I keep getting stressed) 2. Just go back and pinch only one side with the non-incisional method (if I get it pinched, I kind of want both sides done. The side that looks undone looks too undone, and the other side looks like the eye is opened too wide, so I want to raise the line slightly and make the front line visible. I asked for in-out, but it looks in-out to inline. When the swelling hadn’t gone down and the symmetry looked good, I liked the line) 3. Find another hospital, get a consultation, and have revision surgery (if I do it at another hospital, I think I’ll do it by incision) I took time to come up from the provinces, but I only heard that, so it feels like a waste of time and I feel empty
