I went for consultations for rhinoplasty and revision eye surgery, and the consultant was so kind. The director also understood the lines I wanted well, which was good, and I liked that he clearly told me that things I didn't need to do didn't have to be done! When I asked about things I was curious about, he answered everything, and because he seemed confident, he felt really trustworthy.
