In my case, I had surgery with a silicone bridge implant, ear cartilage for the tip, and septal cartilage. About half a year after the first surgery, it seemed like cartilage show-through was becoming visible, so I went back to the hospital, and after checking it, the director handled the A/S for me. My skin seems to be thin, so for the revision surgery they slightly lowered the overall height, and now it's been 2 years and I'm satisfied without any particular side effects.
