Hello~ I’ve only been lurking, but I gathered the courage to write. Around December 2006, I had silicone on the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the nasal tip (with a little trimming next to my original nasal tip cartilage) + something that slightly narrows the nose? That kind of surgery.ㅠ I had a bulbous nose. But at the time of surgery, I emphasized that I absolutely, absolutely did not want to touch the nasal bridge, but the doctor said that if we did that, the balance would not be right, and that the nasal bridge absolutely had to be raised. Actually, my nose.. it’s not that I had no nasal bridge at all. It wasn’t a bridge that stood straight from between the eyes like a Western person’s nose, and there was no height between the eyes, but the bridge itself was somewhat? there... that kind of bulbous nose.. I really disliked how rounded and vague my nasal tip was, and it didn’t harmonize with my face. After I had it done.. I became like a nine-tailed fox. I confronted the doctor just one week after surgery and barely managed to get a full refund... I wanted to remove it, but I wasn’t in a situation where I could, so I’ve lived with it until now. When I asked other clinics, I initially thought it had been raised by 2 mm, but another clinic said it was raised by 3 mm, not 2 mm. When I went to yet another clinic and asked.. they said, “You must have originally had a hump nose? Your nasal bridge must originally have been high.” That’s what they said.. Anyway.. this got too long, right? Right now, I like my nasal tip.. currently.. But I don’t like my nasal bridge. Honestly, it really did become prettier than my old nose.. But the nasal bridge seems too artificial... Now it also seems like there’s a dip in the middle of my nose... Maybe because silicone was only put in the middle of the nose.. it looks like it stops abruptly in the middle... It looks as if the middle of my nose is like a mosquito bite... very subtly, slightly protruding.... What should I do in this case.. I want to remove it.. leaving only the ear cartilage.. I want to remove only the nasal bridge, but people around me say it seems like it would sink in too much.. But if I decide on revision surgery.. it really irritates me.. I do like the ear cartilage.. Oh, and maybe because my original nose was crooked, the overall nasal bridge looks even more crooked. From the right side, the nasal bridge really doesn’t look straight-line-ish or silicone-ish at all.. Only from the left side, you can see that.. silicone look... In this case, should I remove only the silicone..? Or should I have revision surgery (replace it with a lower silicone implant)? I’m thinking toward removal if possible, but I don’t have the courage to remove the ear cartilage................ I think my nose will become blunt if I remove the ear cartilage.. Please, I really need replies................ ★To summarize********************** 1. The middle of the nasal bridge protrudes a bit like a mosquito bite, and the area before the nasal tip also seems slightly indented, so in this case, replace the nasal bridge with the lowest one or remove only the silicone entirely? 2. From the beginning, replace with a lower silicone implant and reposition the ear cartilage at the nasal tip? 3. Just leave it alone ㅠㅠ Please help..
