I wanted a natural-looking surgery, so I told the consultation manager what I wanted in that regard, but they said something like, 'Then why get surgery at all?' It felt like they were saying that. I'm sure there are people who want natural-looking surgery, and there must be cases like that too, but instead of meeting the director, getting a detailed explanation about the surgery, or trying to adjust things according to my nose, it felt off that I only met the consultation manager and left. The one who actually performs the surgery is the director, meaning the doctor, after all;;
