I had silicone for my nose bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I feel like my nasal tip is gradually drooping. I really think rhinoplasty needs revision surgery every few years. Also, even if you raise the bridge excessively, you have to raise the nasal tip more along with it, so I think raising it to a moderate height is better in the long term.
