I visited for a doctor consultation, but even though I had made an appointment before the consultation, I had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and even after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes, the doctor said they were busy and only the consultation manager saw me. If that was going to happen, they should have told the person waiting in advance, but the customer who waited 1 hour and 30 minutes without being told anything was...; I did not come all the way to see the manager and wait 1 hour and 30 minutes, after all.
