About a month ago, I had my first nose surgery. I wanted to do nose surgery properly once and for all as my first and last one, so even though it was my first surgery, I studied a lot and visited many plastic surgery clinics. Then this place felt like the best match for me, so I had the surgery right away. Right before the surgery, the manager, the staff, the director, and the anesthesiology director all explained things kindly and guided me, which helped me feel more at ease. But after the surgery, the nursing assistants in the recovery room were extremely rude. After the anesthesia had mostly worn off, I was dizzy and wanted to lie down a bit longer, but I wanted to go home already. My mother looked for a nurse for me, but there wasn’t one, so we were waiting. Later a nurse came and said I had been told to press the bell by my neck and asked why I hadn’t pressed it. I said that the explanation had been given right after I woke up from anesthesia, so I didn’t remember it, and that I honestly had not heard it. Then she rudely said, very flatly, that she had definitely told me. I knew it was near closing time and they must have been tired, but I was in pain too, so it upset me more Also, I had made an appointment for 9:30 a.m. the next day to remove the packing and stitches, but a staff member accidentally booked it for 5:00, and I only got the text about it the day before. When I called, they said the staff had probably made a mistake and that 9:30 was full now, so it couldn’t be changed, and apologized. There were a few little mistakes like that,, But apart from that, the other staff members and the person who removed my stitches did it well without hurting me or scaring me, and when I was in so much pain from the internal stitches that I burst into tears, they comforted me and gave me a stuffed toy. The manager was so kind, the director was good too, and the surgery has corrected my bulbous nose properly. The swelling still needs to go down more, but I already like the shape! Personally, even though it was my first surgery, I’m extremely satisfied
