After silicone removal serious nose shape

I had silicone placed on the bridge of my nose, and ear cartilage and fascia in the nasal tip. It was my second revision surgery. The first time, because of silicone inflammation, I had it removed right away after two weeks, and then had surgery again a year later. For the second surgery, they lowered the silicone more and also used fascia, and I really loved the result. Everyone said it turned out well and didn’t look obvious at all. But around the 6-month mark, the glabella area and the right side of my nasal bridge swelled, so I went to the clinic for 3 weeks, got buttock injections, and took medication. After that the swelling went down, but the problem happened at the nasal tip. The swelling moved downward and my nasal tip turned red. Pimples appeared too, then yellow pus came out and watery discharge came out, and it became round and red, so I had it removed yesterday. The doctor said the fascia and cartilage were well in place, so he did not remove them and removed only the silicone. He said there was no pus on the silicone, but something like white watery fluid was on it. He said it was good that I had it removed. But when I looked today, my nasal tip had become round and black. The bridge of my nose has sunken sharply too The round black nasal tip seems to show a slight yellow tint as time passes, but it is still black and extremely swollen. It looks like only the nasal tip is visible, like an ugly bulldog. Even while writing this, I’m really tearing up. Because of the black color, I have a bandage on it, but the semester starts soon, so I’m very worried. I’m scared that maybe my nasal tip has necrosed And only the nasal tip sticks out abruptly in a C-shape. How long do I have to wait for this to become natural/? Is there anyone like me/? They say I should have another revision surgery, but it’s really horrifying. I really don’t even want surgery anymore When can I get a petit procedure?
