I recently started exercising,,but just casually,, Today,,,I got a treadmill delivered and put it at home,,since there was a rental option So I rented it for 3 months,,and I’m going to get my money’s worth,,,, But,,,I was surprised,,I do exercise to lose weight,,but I’d also heard it’s good for the nose,,,and after trying it, it really is good,, But instead of doing it moderately,,I really power-walked fast for a full 40 minutes,,and I was sweating like rain,,,felt refreshed too,,since after removal I wasn’t being active so I gained weight, and my body felt kind of tense,,and of course that can’t be good for the nose either,,,, I was going to the gym, but as expected I just don’t end up going,,and because of the air conditioner,,,it’s not good for the nose after removal, so,,it gets tense,,and becomes a bit hard,,and contracts,,so I’m worried about developing contracture,,which is why I never let the tip get cold,,But exercising in the heat made me sweat a lot,,and because heat was generated in the tip of my nose too,,,it really loosened up,,,,like after a massage,, Exercise really does seem like a cure-all for everything,,,Anyway,,,I tried it and it was good, so I’m posting this~
