First of all, the manager was extremely kind. There was absolutely no pressure or burden about reservations or deposits, so I felt at ease. My consultation with the director was a bit disappointing because, maybe due to how busy they were with surgeries, there was a bit of sensitivity and the explanations weren't very clear.
