6 years ago, I had surgery using silicone, septal cartilage + ear cartilage + Medpor! But as time passed, the silicone shifted to one side and the middle part of my nose started to sink inㅠㅠ So I had them removed.
I went around to about 8 places for consultations and had it done at the place I felt drawn to! The director explained things honestly and said what wasn’t possible wasn’t possible, but that he would still try, so I trusted him and had the surgery^_^
I think the surgery took about 3 hours! The director really operated very meticulously! He even did hemostasis until the very end, squeezing the nose, you know? It was awful for me, but the bleeding was definitely controlled well, so I didn’t have bruising, and after 3-4 days the swelling went down a lot, so I returned to daily life quickly! There was no nasal packing either, so it was really comfortable!
Every time I went for disinfection, they checked my progress, and they made my nostrils, which had been my complex, so satisfying! During the consultation, the nuance was that it might not really be possible, so I had given up, but I guess the director had been keeping it in mind! He really changed my square nostrils nicely into something like kidney beans! After removing the silicone, the bridge of my nose definitely changed a bit, but since the nasal tip lifted, my nose looks more defined than before! I just hope it maintains wellㅠㅠ
