These are before and after surgery photos. My nose wasn’t low, but it was large, the nasal tip was bulbous, and I had a bit of a hump, so through a closed approach, I had osteotomy, about 2 mm of silicone placed, and the nasal tip tied with ear cartilage. To those who said nose surgery was nothing, for me it really hurt........... It seems like the hump was shaved smoothly, so I think that’s a relief, but my face is still plump like I had fat grafting I’m worried because the nasal tip seems slightly upturned.... It will come down, right? It’s only been 4 days... It seems totally obvious that I had nose surgery.. How much time needs to pass for it to look natural? Please evaluate!!!!!!!!!!
