After removal/depression surgery,,,

I had the removal on October 27. It’s been ten days since the depression surgery.. I’ve been staying at home, barely going out, hugging the humidifier and making the best possible environment for myself. Even doing all this, recovery is slow... Every single day really doesn’t feel like living I can be okay, but then when I look in the mirror,, Unlike other people, mine wasn’t a simple removal because depression occurred,, so I don’t even know how much it can return to my old nose. For now, I’m consistently going for treatment to relax the muscles. Before I started going,, around two and a half weeks in, my nose started clumping up and lifting upward, but after relaxing the muscles, when I touch my nose it’s soft and squishy with no tight clumps. It would be good if that meant it had lifted and stayed that way, but seeing that it comes down when the muscles are relaxed, I don’t think that’s it Please, I really hope that separately from the muscles, it’s in a contracted state and will come down a bit after some time ㅡㅡ Even if it doesn’t come down as much as my original nose, I just want it to come down a little more,, please, please If it would just come down 2 mm, I’d have no other wish,,, And today I discovered something kind of important(?)... While loosening the clumped muscles in my nose (even if the nose gets pulled upward, when the muscles are relaxed it comes back down..), I touched the columella area and said this part is also really tight, right, and as soon as they touched it, they said this is the key area. Then they put two fingers in;; and loosened the columella area, and after that, the columella seemed to have come down a little... ah........... very slightly Very slightly, very............... really just a little.. If we keep loosening it from now on, will it come down,,, I think it may come down a little,, But now that I know the columella isn’t the issue First, if you look at the side view, the nasal tip area is sunken in, right,, that’s because the depressed area was cut out,, They say the tissue will fill in, but I don’t really know how much it will fill in. If only that area fills in a bit and the nose just comes down a little,, so the nostrils show less, I’m thinking I won’t get revision surgery, but I don’t know what will happen,,,, Do nostrils come back too? Has anyone like me had the nasal tip come down a bit over time?
